Trillion Trees is a self-funding Not-for-Profit organization based in Western Australia. Active since 1979, they were formerly known as Men of the Trees. Trillion Trees have planted more than 15 million native trees & understory to improve biodiversity, combat salinity and soil erosion so far – what an outstanding achievement.

Taking action for a healthier planet
Reducing co2 emissions is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle and ensure native species will be here for new generations to come and admire. There are about 13,000 species of plants in Western Australia, of which 3,000 have to be formally named (DBCA). There are over 24,000 species of native plants in Australia, which makes Australia’s flora one of the most critical assets.
Volunteers make a big difference
Trillion Trees raise tree seedlings in their nursery – with more than 200,000 seedlings each year, volunteers, friends and groups of motivated people are active throughout the year. The nursery specializes in Australian native plants. Native plants include eucalyptus, acacias, melaleuca, and many wildflowers.
